IELTS stands for International English Language Testing System. It is a standardized English language test developed by the British Council and the University of Cambridge ESOL Examinations. IELTS is designed to measure the language ability of non-native speakers of English who need to further their education or gain professional qualifications in an English-speaking environment. It assesses a student’s ability to use and understand English across four skills: listening, speaking, reading and writing.

The New TOEFL iBT is an Internet-based assessment developed by Educational Testing Service (ETS) for measuring English-language proficiency of non-native English language speakers. This test assesses all four language skills that are important for effective communication: speaking, listening, reading, and writing. The New TOEFL iBT includes two parts: the integrated and independent tasks.

SAT stands for Scholastic Assessment Test. It is a standardized entrance exam used by most colleges and universities in the United States. The SAT measures a student’s reading, mathematical, and writing abilities. The exam consists of multiple-choice questions, short essays, and problem-solving sections. The scores of the SAT are used to assess a student’s likelihood to succeed in college coursework.
