Shenyang Peitun Education (SPE) is a language training school located in Shenyang, Liaoning province. SPE provides high-quality language training for those who want to improve their English language skills, and prepares students for exams such as the New TOEFL, IELTS, SAT and Practical English.
The New TOEFL is a test of English language proficiency and is widely recognized, accepted and used for admission to colleges and universities and as a measure of English language capabilities.
